It’s a fully fermented, sparkling session mead that drinks like ginger beer. Fresh ginger spice on the nose, supported by citrus and a floral apple aroma. A balance of acidity, honey sweetness and ginger spice keeps the flavours integrated and the experience overall refreshing.
