This American IPA is a masterclass in the classic West Coast style, glowing with a clear, bright gold hue from a foundation of Golden Promise and Vienna malt. The aroma is dominated by a punchy hop profile where Chinook, Cascade, and Citra deliver a vibrant medley of resinous pine, zesty grapefruit, and bright lemon. On the palate, a crisp, clean malt backbone supports an assertive bitterness that leads to a dry, refreshing finish. It is a sharp, beautifully balanced collaboration that emphasizes hop intensity and clarity of flavor, embodying the quintessential resinous and citrus qualities of a classic pale ale.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and lemon citrus. A clean, low, bready maltiness from the Vienna malt provides a subtle backdrop. Fermentation is clean with no significant yeast esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, citrus-forward hop punch. High bitterness is assertive and clean, perfectly balanced by a low grainy and slightly bready malt character. Hop flavors of pine needles and lemon peel dominate the mid-palate. The finish is medium-dry and crisp with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, clean texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the crisp finish. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but subtle. No astringency.
