The sensory experience is led by an aromatic explosion of tropical mango and mixed berries from the Mosaic, intertwined with the signature crushed white grape and gooseberry notes of the Nelson Sauvin. Appearance. Pours a brilliant deep gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a persistent, fine-beaded white head that leaves consistent lacing. Clarity is high with only a faint, crystalline haze.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical passion fruit, blueberry, and zesty citrus from the Mosaic, accented by a distinct Sauvignon Blanc-like vinous character from the Nelson hops. Low, clean grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral base.
