This American IPA showcases a vibrant, modern hop profile driven by the combination of Riwaka, Citra, and Simcoe. The experience begins with an assertive burst of tropical fruit, where the Citra provides lush mango notes while Riwaka introduces a distinctive kiwi sweetness. Simcoe anchors the profile with a cooling, herbal menthol undertone and light piney resin. The mouthfeel is smooth and medium-bodied, supporting a clean, grainy malt backbone that allows the hops to remain the focal point. It finishes dry and crisp with a lingering, firm bitterness, encapsulating the exploratory and hop-forward spirit of the Émergente series.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color with a slight, modern haze. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with good lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent mango and tropical fruit, accented by the unique green-fruit character of kiwi. A distinct cool, herbal menthol and light resinous pine note adds complexity. Malt is low and clean, providing a faint grainy sweetness with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Aggressively hop-forward with flavors of ripe mango and tart kiwi dominating the mid-palate, followed by a refreshing menthol and piney spice. Bitterness is firm and clean, balanced by a low, neutral, and grainy maltiness. The finish is dry and hoppy with a lingering citrus zest aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture and medium-high carbonation. It exhibits a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and is free of astringency.
