This Hazy IPA radiates a vibrant sensory profile defined by its trio of New World hops. The inclusion of Riwaka drives an intense tropical punch of passionfruit and zesty grapefruit, while Mosaic adds layers of ripe mango and juicy stone fruit. Simcoe provides a subtle, grounding piney note that balances the berry-like sweetness. On the palate, the experience is soft and pillowy, supported by a grainy, bready malt backbone that carries the lush fruit flavors through a smooth, low-bitterness finish. It is a modern, aromatic exploration that emphasizes hop depth and a velvety, approachable structure.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Topped with a dense, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-driven bouquet featuring prominent passionfruit, guava, and candied citrus peel. Secondary notes of apricot and a faint resinous pine emerge, supported by a clean, bready malt background. Fermentation character is neutral to lightly fruity.

Taste. Massive flavors of tropical fruit—specifically mango and citrus—intertwined with stone fruit character. The malt provides a neutral, slightly bready platform. Bitterness is moderate but stays soft and well-integrated, never becoming harsh or sharp. The finish is off-dry and clean, with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a characteristically soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, cream-like mouthfeel without any astringency or raw starch texture. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
