The interplay of Citra and Mosaic hops drives a vibrant surge of ripe mango, passion fruit, and zesty grapefruit. Simcoe adds a sophisticated layer of resinous pine and damp forest floor, grounding the tropical brightness with a classic dankness. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop intensity to take center stage. The finish is decisively dry and crisp, leaving a lingering, resinous bitterness that balances the initial fruit-forward impact.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-10 SRM) with good clarity and a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves resilient lacing.
