The sensory journey begins with an intense bouquet of tropical fruit, specifically mango and passion fruit, accented by Mosaic’s signature blueberry and El Dorado’s lush peach and pear notes. Riwaka adds a sharp grapefruit and citrus edge that carries through to the palate. Supported by a clean, light grainy malt base, the flavor is dominated by a firm bitterness and a complex array of stone fruit and resin. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp, leaving a lingering, punchy hop impression that defines the style's refreshing yet assertive character.

Appearance. Deep gold color (8 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Produces a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, mango, and overripe peach. Underlying hints of blueberry, pine, and citrus. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops without adding sweetness. Fermentation is clean with no noticeable esters.

Taste. Vibrant hop flavors of melon, tropical fruit, and citrus zest. A medium-high bitterness provides a firm structure that balances the lean, grainy malt profile. The finish is dry to medium-dry, leading to an aftertaste that is decidedly hoppy with lingering notes of resin and tropical fruit.
