With quality fruit from old orchards, wild yeast, careful racking in the winter with patience, we can make naturally sweet cider in the Rural Method.

Aromas of dried apricot, honey, oily herbs and wood are complemented by well-balanced, ripe tannins and residual sugar. Drink lightly chilled with cheese.

A blend of Ashton Brown Brown Jersey, Dabinett, Stembridge Clusters, Foxwhelp and Vilberie.

Traditional orchards, hand picked fruit, wild yeasts only and no additives. May contain naturally occurring sulphites.
