The aroma is a complex tapestry of sun-dried hay, delicate floral pollen, and ripe stone fruit, evolving into deeper earthy funk as it opens. On the palate, it is exceptionally dry and effervescent, showcasing bright citrus and tropical esters balanced by a subtle, woody floral note from the blossoms. This Brett Beer concludes with a clean, lingering finish characterized by a crisp minerality and gentle rustic charm typical of Wildflower's terroir-driven fermentations.

Appearance. Luminous golden (SRM 5-6) with a slight, natural haze. Topped by a frothy, white head with moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominant fruity esters of apricot and lemon zest are complemented by distinctive floral pollen notes from the Wattle blossoms. A rustic, funky backdrop of wet hay and dusty earth emerges, balanced by a faint cracker-like malt sweetness.

Taste. Bone-dry and highly attenuated. Initial impressions of tart citrus and under-ripe peach transition into a complex mid-palate of floral honey and woody stems. Hop bitterness is very low, allowing the wild fermentation character to shine. The finish is crisp and clean with a lingering, earthy funk and a hint of mineral tartness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, sparkling carbonation that provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. Low alcohol warmth with no astringency, feeling lean and lively on the tongue.
