This Double IPA is an olfactory explosion of tropical and stone fruits, driven by a heavy-handed double dry-hop of El Dorado, Galaxy, and Idaho hops. Notes of ripe pineapple and passionfruit dominate the foreground, while underlying layers of peach and resinous pine provide complexity. A clean, neutral malt base allows these vibrant hop oils to shine without distraction. On the palate, the assertive bitterness is balanced by a soft, medium-bodied texture and a dry finish that emphasizes refreshing citrus zest. Thrill Pulse delivers a potent yet smooth 8% ABV experience, characterized by its intense hop saturation and a crisp, lingering bitterness.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (SRM 6-8). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves delicate lacing. While classically clear, this modern dry-hopped version displays a slight, attractive haze.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring punchy tropical notes of pineapple and mango from El Dorado, intertwined with the passionfruit and citrus character of Galaxy. A subtle resinous and stone fruit undertone from the Idaho hops is present. Malt is neutral and low, providing a faint grainy backdrop. Fermentation is clean with very light fruity esters.

Taste. Leading with high hop flavor, mirroring the aroma with layers of stone fruit, peach, and melon. Bitterness is firm and assertive but lacks harshness. The malt character is unobtrusive, offering a clean, cracker-like support. Finishes dry and crisp with a long, lingering resinous and citrusy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A well-integrated, gentle alcohol warmth is noticeable but refined. No significant hop-derived astringency.
