Elements 07 is a modern take on the traditional Belgian Witbier, presenting a strikingly pale and hazy profile. This interpretation features Loral hops, which contribute sophisticated floral and herbal accents alongside the expected zesty citrus and light spice. The aromatic profile is dominated by bready wheat and honey-like malt, interwoven with perfumy lemon and expressive yeast-driven esters. On the palate, a smooth, creamy texture carries flavors of orange peel and peppery coriander toward a refreshingly crisp, dry finish. High effervescence makes this medium-light bodied ale exceptionally vibrant, showcasing the delicate balance between classic wheat character and modern hop influence.
Appearance.SRM 2-4; very pale straw with a milky, whitish-yellow haze. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and light lacing.
Aroma.Moderate intensity with a bready, grainy malt base and subtle notes of honey. Prominent floral and herbal hop character from Loral hops blends with zesty orange-citrus fruitiness and a delicate, peppery, coriander-like spice from the expressive yeast.
Taste.Initial bready wheat and grainy malt flavors followed by a moderate citrus zestiness. Herbal and floral hop notes are present but balanced, supported by a low hop bitterness (approx. 15 IBU). The finish is refreshingly crisp and dry with a clean, lingering herbal-citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel.Medium-light body with a noticeably smooth and light creamy texture. High carbonation creates a lively, effervescent character. Very refreshing with no astringency or harshness.
