Aged in oak barrels for three years, it reveals a complex sensory tapestry defined by deeply oxidized notes of dried apricots, honeyed raisins, and rich sherry. The robust, vinous character is balanced by a persistent, elegant lactic acidity and funk inherent to its Fruit Lambic heritage. Lacking carbonation, it sips like a fine dessert wine, offering a warming, luxurious finish with lingering residual grape sugar and complex wood tannins.
