The extensive use of Cryo-Citra in the boil and a massive dry hop results in an intense aromatic profile of ripe mango, zesty lime, and bright grapefruit. While remaining sessionable at 4.8%, the heavy oat addition delivers a thick, juice-like texture that supports the vibrant tropical fruit flavors before concluding with a clean, hop-forward finish.
Appearance. Pale straw to golden (4-6 SRM). Hazy to opaque with a moderately large, creamy white head exhibiting excellent retention and lacing.
