Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 3–5). Features a frothy white head with good retention and light lacing. Displays a slight, attractive haze consistent with the use of oats.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominated by vibrant yuzu citrus with notes of lemon peel and grapefruit. A subtle briny, herbal seaweed scent mingles with the floral and spice-like fragrance of Sichuan peppercorns. Low bready malt character in the background.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp citrus burst of yuzu. The mid-palate reveals a savory umami character from kelp, complemented by a distinct but delicate salinity from sea salt.
