Paradisae is a vibrant American Pale Ale that masterfully integrates the exotic, aromatic punch of Combava leaves into a classic craft profile. The sensory experience is led by an intense, perfumed bouquet of Kaffir lime zest and lemongrass, layered over bright American hop notes of grapefruit and pine. A lean, biscuity malt base provides necessary structure without competing for attention, ensuring the botanical brightness remains the focal point. On the palate, the interplay between moderate bitterness and the pungent citrus oils creates a refreshing, high-toned character. Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (SRM 5-7). Large, frothy white head with good retention and delicate lacing. Clarity is brilliant to clear.

This is supported by moderate American hop characteristics of grapefruit and light resin. Malt is low and neutral, resembling cracked grain. Fermentation profile is clean.

Malt flavors are subtle and bready, providing a dry, supportive background. Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Very smooth with no astringency or harshness from the leaves. Minimal alcohol warmth, consistent with its moderate strength.
