Le Goupil de Wignac is een cider rosé die op artisanale wijze in de Franse Ardennen wordt gebrouwen van 100% puur sap. Hij is samengesteld uit enerzijds 88% appelsap (20% zoete, bittere en zure appels en 68% harde appelsoorten) en anderzijds uit 12% puur druivensap (samenstelling van blauwe druiven).
De sappen gisten vervolgens enkele maanden in vaten om nadien te worden samengevoegd en gebotteld.
Met respect voor het milieu worden de boomgaarden onderhouden op een biologisch verantwoorde manier.
Degustatie:
Le Goupil de Wignac wordt het best fris gedronken, eventueel met toevoeging van enkele ijsblokjes. Zonder gluten en een laag alcoholgehalte (4.5%) kan hij zowel als aperitief gedronken worden als gedurende de hele avond. Voor uw brunches is hij eveneens een perfecte begeleider.
