Brilliant raspberry notes dominate the initial impression, quickly giving way to the soft, velvety perfume of ripe peach. The addition of vanilla beans provides a sophisticated aromatic bridge, weaving a creamy, marshmallow-like sweetness throughout the tart fruit profile. Appearance. Deep pinkish-orange to ruby hue; dense, hazy to opaque clarity due to fruit solids and lactose. Pale pink head with moderate to low retention, leaving minimal lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of jammy raspberry and succulent peach. A prominent creamy vanilla note adds a sweet, dessert-like layer. Low to moderate lactic tartness is present, with very low earthy funk. No hop aroma.
