Appearance. Pale straw to medium yellow in color (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright white, frothy head that displays moderate persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. Low to moderate aroma intensity with a clean, neutral fermentation profile. Low grainy-sweet malt notes are evident, complemented by a distinct but delicate floral and slightly spicy hop character from the Saaz variety. Free from diacetyl or DMS.
Taste. The initial impression is clean and crisp. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor provides a light foundation for the floral and herbal Saaz hop notes. Bitterness is low to medium-low, balancing the malt without becoming assertive. The finish is dry and snappy with a short, clean aftertaste.
