The sensory profile is dominated by a pronounced roasted character, where Pale malt provides a clean foundation for two distinct dark malts to showcase notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and a distinctive hint of liquorice. Reminiscent of a Dublin afternoon by the Liffey, it finishes remarkably dry with a firm, coffee-like bitterness that balances the initial creaminess.
