WhiteFrontier Mind the Pint
This Hazy IPA, a bold collaboration between WhiteFrontier and Marble, doubles the intensity of the iconic Pint recipe. It radiates with an opaque, straw-gold hue and a rocky white head. The aroma is a concentrated blast of tropical fruit, specifically ripe mango and passionfruit, alongside bright citrus zest and a hint of stone fruit. A clean, bready malt character supports the massive hop presence. On the palate, it delivers a plush, medium-full body with a silky mouthfeel. Intensely fruity hop flavors transition into a soft, off-dry finish where bitterness remains restrained and smooth, ensuring high drinkability despite the increased power and saturated hop character.
Appearance. Color is straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM) with a thick, opaque haze and a luminous glow. Features a medium-high, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Intensity is high, dominated by tropical fruit notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus zest. A clean, neutral, lightly bready malt presence sits in the background. Fermentation esters are supportive and fruity, with no hop-derived grassiness or herbal notes.
Taste. High to very high tropical and stone fruit hop flavors lead the impression. Malt flavor is low and bready. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and well-integrated into the full body. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering, juice-like fruitiness in the aftertaste and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, plush, and velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any astringency or raw starch character.
