This pale, straw-colored ale presents an aromatic profile of cracked black pepper and subtle citrus esters, balanced by earthy, continental hop notes. Designed to be a lighter, more hop-forward, and fresher alternative to a standard Saison, it features a distinct grainy character from the characteristic use of wheat. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 3-4). Thick, rocky, long-lasting white head with significant lacing. Unfiltered and moderately hazy.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominant spicy phenols resembling black pepper. Low pome fruit and citrus esters. Low earthy and floral continental hop character. Background notes of grainy, cracker-like malt.

Taste. Immediate impression of spicy yeast and crisp bitterness. Low grainy malt flavor with a touch of wheat. Hop flavor is moderate and earthy. Very high attenuation leads to a bone-dry finish with a lingering peppery and bitter aftertaste. No perceptible sweetness.
