Morning Dew is an evocative French-style Saison that captures the rustic essence of farmhouse brewing. It pours with an effervescent energy, releasing a complex bouquet of cracked black pepper and zesty lemon peel derived from its expressive yeast. Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (6 SRM) with a large, billowy, long-lasting rocky white head that leaves significant Belgian lace. Clarity is slightly hazy due to being unfiltered and the inclusion of traditional grains.

Aroma. High intensity of fruity-spicy yeast character, featuring distinct black pepper, lemon zest, and green apple. Low earthy and floral hop notes complement a light, grainy, cracker-like malt background. No diacetyl or DMS present.

Taste. Initial impression is bright and spicy with flavors of peppery phenols and citrusy esters. A soft, grainy malt profile provides a rustic foundation.
