Heaven Crashers is a vibrant Hazy IPA that celebrates a collaboration of spirits and hops. This juice-forward ale pours with a distinctive opaque glow, releasing an intense bouquet of stone fruit and tropical melodies. The sensory profile is driven by a massive quartet of Nectaron, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe, delivering layers of ripe peach, passionfruit, and bright grapefruit zest against a backdrop of soft, bready malts. A silky, medium-full body provides a plush canvas for the hop oils to shine, offering a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel with a restrained bitterness that ensures a refreshing, fruit-laden finish.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head and high retention. Brilliantly opaque with a soft, hazy shine and no visible particulates or yeast clumps.

Aroma. High intensity hop bouquet featuring pineapple and mango from Mosaic, luscious stone fruit and peach notes from Nectaron, and bright lime citrus from Citra. A faint resinous pine from Simcoe provides depth, supported by a neutral, bready, and lightly grainy malt presence with clean fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical fruit nectar and citrus juice. Mid-palate reveals layers of mango, grapefruit, and ripe peach. Hop bitterness is moderate and smooth, never harsh, balancing the off-dry, fruity finish. Clean malt character is present but secondary to the massive hop-forward expression.
