This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, tropical experience designed with the indulgence of a smoothie-style sour. It leads with a massive, creamy presence of vanilla cheesecake and smooth vanilla, perfectly balancing the tartness of its wild fermentation. The profile is defined by a lush fruit cocktail of ripe banana, zesty pineapple, and succulent mango, with sharp passionfruit providing a bright acidity. It presents a thick, dessert-like character that emphasizes the interplay between sweet-leaning specialty ingredients and an underlying wild tang, finishing with a lingering, tropical richness that stays on the palate.

Appearance. Opaque and deeply turbid with a dense, smoothie-like consistency; color is a saturated golden-yellow to soft orange. Thick, mousse-like white head with moderate retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant notes of sweet vanilla and creamy cheesecake blend with a complex tropical bouquet of ripe banana, tangy passionfruit, and fresh mango. A clean lactic sourness provides a sharp backdrop, with faint hints of funky wild fermentation esters beneath the fruit.
