This Hazy IPA serves as a masterclass in hop expression, utilizing a triple-threat of Citra in T90, Incognito, and Cryo forms to achieve maximum saturation. The sensory profile is dominated by an explosion of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright pink grapefruit, accented by a distinct lime zest character. A soft, grainy malt backbone provides a neutral canvas, allowing the complex Citra layers to shine without interference from caramel or toast. The experience is incredibly juicy, defined by a velvety texture and a restrained bitterness that ensures a smooth, fruit-forward finish that lingers with tropical intensity.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (SRM 4) with a pronounced, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. It is crowned by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring a heavy concentration of tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent notes of passion fruit, lychee, and sweet grapefruit zest lead the profile. A clean, lightly bready and grainy malt presence sits in the background, with a neutral fermentation character.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of sweet melon, lime, and tropical citrus. The malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a simple cracker-like base. Perceived bitterness is moderate but masked by the soft body, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish without any harsh or sharp hop character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, consistent with the 7.5% strength, and there is no astringency or raw starch texture.
