This Hazy IPA serves as a dedicated spotlight for Azacca hops, utilizing both T90 pellets and Cryo concentrations to deliver a saturated sensory experience. The aroma is dominated by an intense burst of ripe mango, papaya, and zesty orange, supported by subtle notes of orchard stone fruit like peach. On the palate, the Azacca provides a deep tropical richness with a soft, pillowy texture derived from a grain bill rich in flaked cereals. A gentle, bready malt backbone provides the canvas for the hops to shine, finishing with a smooth, low-bitterness profile and a faint, well-integrated warmth from the 7.5% alcohol.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, opaque straw to pale gold color with a luminous, matte sheen. Crowned by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves thick rings of lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma leads with pungent tropical fruit—specifically mango and papaya—intermingled with sweet tangerine citrus and a hint of apricot stone fruit. The malt character is restrained and clean, presenting as lightly bready or grainy-sweet. No caramel, toast, or grassy notes are present.

Taste. The initial impression is a massive wave of juicy tropical fruit, echoing the Azacca hop profile of mango and orange citrus. Malt flavors are low to medium, providing a soft, bready foundation. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-masked by the soft body. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering fruity aftertaste devoid of any hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, lush, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a creamy mouthfeel without being viscous. A subtle, pleasant alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its strength, but remains well-integrated without any harshness.
