White Bay’s Trifecta is a masterclass in the Hazy IPA style, uniting a global trio of hop origins for a deeply aromatic experience. It pours an opaque, glowing straw-gold topped with a dense, rocky white head. The aroma is an intense explosion of tropical and stone fruits, driven by the inclusion of Australian Melba and American Mosaic. New Zealand Riwaka adds a punchy citrus depth, while American Krush enhances the overall vibrance. The palate delivers a soft, juicy impression with suppressed bitterness, highlighting flavors of ripe mango, peach, and grapefruit. The finish is smooth and pillowy, leaving a lingering essence of sun-ripened fruit and clean, bready malt.
Appearance. Color ranges from straw to light amber (3–7 SRM); opaque, hazy clarity with a luminous shine; medium to rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical fruit (mango, passionfruit), stone fruit (peach), and bright citrus (pink grapefruit); background notes of clean, bready, and grainy malt; neutral fermentation character without any herbal or grassy notes.
Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of mango, berry, and stone fruit; low bready malt flavor; low to medium-high perceived bitterness that remains soft and integrated; off-dry, smooth finish with a lingering juicy fruit aftertaste and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body; medium carbonation; exceptionally smooth and pillowy texture; no astringency or harshness; subtle, light alcohol warmth.
