Whiplash

Whiplash delivers an evocative Hazy IPA with So Will Be Now, presenting a lush, saturated profile. At 7.6% ABV, the beer leads with an intense aromatic burst of ripe peaches and bright tangerine, underpinned by a distinctive layer of sticky resin and fresh pine. The mouthfeel is plush and medium-full, supporting a soft, pillowy texture typical of the style. On the palate, the stone fruit and citrus flavors are dominant, transitioning into a gentle, integrated bitterness that allows the resinous hop character to linger without harshness. It is a sophisticated, fruit-forward experience with a clean, bready malt foundation.

Appearance. SRM 4-6; deep straw to light orange with a dense, opaque haze. Features a thick, white, meringue-like head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent stone fruit notes of peach and bright tangerine citrus. A supportive resinous and piney character adds depth. Malt is low, presenting as clean, bready, and grainy. Esters are fruity and well-integrated.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of peach and tangerine dominate the initial impression. Hop bitterness is moderate and smooth, never harsh. A subtle resinous and pine-like flavor provides balance. The malt is low and bready, leading to an off-dry, soft finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture and no astringency. Carbonation is moderate. A light, pleasant alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated.
