Only When I Sleep is the epitome of refreshment, delivering on its promise of a cold, wet, and fizzy experience. This American Light Lager pours a brilliant, pale straw with a fleeting white head. The sensory profile is intentionally restrained and clean, featuring a subtle aroma of sweet grain and a delicate hint of corn-like sweetness. On the palate, the beer is remarkably neutral and crisp, with very low bitterness allowing for a smooth, thirst-quenching character. The high carbonation creates a lively prickle on the tongue, accentuating a bone-dry finish that leaves the palate clean and ready for the next sip.

Appearance. Very pale straw (2 SRM). Brilliant clarity. White, frothy head with low persistence and minimal lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity. Subtle grainy-sweet or corn-like malt notes. Very low herbal or floral hop aroma. Clean fermentation profile without esters or phenols.

Taste. Relatively neutral and crisp. Low grainy-malt flavor with a touch of corn-like sweetness. Very low floral hop flavor. Low bitterness that is well-balanced. Finish is very dry, clean, and short.

Mouthfeel. Very light, watery body. Very high carbonation with a noticeable carbonic bite on the tongue. No alcohol warmth.
