This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by its lush, tropical bouquet and signature soft texture. Amarillo and El Dorado hops lead the experience, delivering saturated layers of zesty orange, ruby grapefruit, and sun-ripened pineapple. The sophisticated addition of Hallertau Blanc introduces a distinctive, vinous note of gooseberry that adds complexity to the fruit profile. A specialized grist of oats and wheat provides a pillowy, silky foundation, ensuring the intense hop flavors are delivered with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. The result is a balanced, juice-forward beer with a gentle bitterness that emphasizes the modern, fruit-centric hop character.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque and heavily hazy with a glowing, uniform appearance. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, orange zest, and grapefruit. A unique white grape and gooseberry character is present, supported by a low, bready malt background from the oats and wheat. Fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and citrus, specifically pineapple and orange. High hop flavor intensity with a distinct green fruit and gooseberry edge. Malt is low and bready, providing a neutral canvas. Bitterness is medium-low and very smooth, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish without any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and silky texture from the oat and wheat additions. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or harshness; well-integrated alcohol provides a very light, subtle warmth.
