Whiplash

This Hazy IPA from Whiplash offers an intensely juicy sensory profile defined by vibrant layers of citrus and orchard fruit. The aroma and palate are dominated by bright mandarin and zesty lime, complemented by a deep, ripe stone fruit character that adds complexity. Its texture is notably silky and soft, providing a luxurious mouthfeel that glides across the tongue before giving way to a surprisingly crisp finish. Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy mandarin and lime, followed by fleshy peach and apricot stone fruit flavors. Malt flavor is low, providing a simple bready backbone. Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a distinctively silky, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth that never becomes hot. No astringency or hop burn is present.
