Appearance. Very dark reddish-brown to jet black (SRM 40) and opaque. Features a dense, deep tan head with moderate retention and visible legs due to high viscosity.
Aroma. High intensity and complex. Dominant aromas of caramel and raisins are layered with roasted coffee and dark chocolate. A distinct whiskey character integrates well with dark fruit esters like prunes and figs.
