This award-winning Munich Helles presents a delicate sensory profile defined by elegant simplicity. Brewed with traditional Pilsner malt and German hops, it opens with a moderate grainy-sweet malt aroma complemented by a soft, floral hop presence. The palate follows suit with a rounded, malty core featuring unique, light sherbet flavors that contribute to its high drinkability. Spritzy carbonation enhances the refreshing, clean character, leading into a soft and dry finish where the malt remains the focal point. Appearance. Pale yellow to pale gold (3-5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, creamy white head and moderate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a grainy-sweet malt focus. Low floral and herbal hop character. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl, allowing the malt to dominate the balance.
Taste. Initial impression of soft, rounded maltiness with a suggestion of sweetness. Grainy-sweet malt flavors lead into light, refreshing sherbet-like notes and low herbal hop flavor.
