This Gose reimagines the traditional German style as a vibrant liquid dessert. The sensory experience is dominated by the sharp, zesty punch of key lime, reminiscent of fresh citrus juice. Beneath the acidity, a soft, doughy foundation of wheat malt provides a creamy base, while a distinct saline mineral note creates a mouthwatering effect. The addition of key lime pie flavors introduces subtle hints of vanilla and toasted grain, softening the lactic tartness.
