Westbrook IPA is a quintessential American IPA that showcases a vibrant, multi-layered hop profile. Bright citrus notes of grapefruit and orange from Cascade and Centennial lead the charge, followed by the resinous pine and tropical undertones of Simcoe and Amarillo. The foundation of pale malt, enriched by Munich for depth and Carapils for structural body, provides just enough biscuity support to balance the firm, clean bitterness.
