This Hazy IPA offers a lush, tropical experience driven by a trifecta of hop icons. El Dorado brings a foundation of sweet stone fruit and candied watermelon, while Citra provides bright layers of grapefruit and lime zest. Simcoe anchors the profile with nuances of passion fruit and a delicate whisper of pine. The appearance is a vibrant, opaque gold, crowned by a persistent white head. On the palate, the mouthfeel is pillowy and soft, supporting a juicy character with low perceived bitterness. It finishes clean with a lingering impression of tropical nectar and soft, bready malts.

Appearance. Color is deep straw to gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
