Westbound & Down The Coloradan

Lager 4.9 º
This crisp International Pale Lager delivers a refreshing, clean experience rooted in its high-attenuation profile. The inclusion of flaked maize provides a delicate, grainy sweetness on the nose, complemented by the low but distinctive spicy and herbal notes of German Hallertau hops. Fermented with a specialized South of the Border lager yeast, the character is remarkably neutral and bright. It pours exceptionally clear with a fleeting white head, leading to a light-bodied palate where subtle cracker-like malts balance a mild bitterness. The finish is snappy and dry, making it an archetypal thirst-quencher with an elegant, minimalist structure.
