This classic Weissbier from the historic Weltenburger Kloster presents a vibrant, deep golden yellow hue, radiating freshness with its signature natural carbonation. The sensory experience is defined by a masterfully balanced fermentation profile, where distinctive notes of ripe banana esters harmonize with spicy clove phenols. On the palate, the influence of premium wheat malt provides a soft, bready foundation, complemented by a subtle, grainy sweetness.
