Cerveza tradicional bávara de trigo y de alta fermentación, no filtrada y con segunda fermentación en botella. De aspecto tostado, y turbia, por la combinación de levadura, trigo y malta de cebada tostada. De abundante y firme espuma, blanca y cremosa, lo que produce un atractivo contraste. En su sabor se puede apreciar el tueste de la malta. Elaborada según la Ley de la Pureza Alemana de 1.516, exclusivamente con malta, lúpulo y agua.
Maridaje: recomendamos su uso con caza menor y aves. Y pruébala con postres de nuez y chocolate.

Nuestra Dunkel de trigo tostada, efervescente y con cuerpo, una nota de caramelo agradablemente ligera es perceptible en el sabor e imparte una sensación en boca aterciopelada. La cerveza tiene un dulzor afrutado pero refrescante, con matices de plátanos maduros que complementa elegantemente los aromas de malta fina.
