Weidmann Pilsener presents a quintessential German Pils profile, characterized by its brilliant clarity and a persistent, creamy white head. The sensory journey begins with a moderate bouquet of spicy and herbal German hops, supported by a delicate background of Pilsner malt suggesting fresh cracker and light honey. Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity; creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent retention.

Taste. Initial light malt flavor quickly overcome by a medium-high hop bitterness; flavors of herbal hops and toasted cracker; clean lager character; dry, crisp finish with a lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
