Pineapple and stone fruit notes from Bru-1 merge with the distinctive white grape and gooseberry of Nelson Sauvin. Pacific Sunrise and Waimea contribute layers of zesty citrus and crushed pine needles. Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pronounced pineapple, white wine grape, and gooseberry. Secondary notes of lime zest, orange, and fresh pine needles. Low neutral bready malt supports the hop presentation; clean fermentation profile.
Taste. High hop flavor of pineapple, grape, and citrus. Low cracker-like malt flavor. Bitterness is moderate to high, balancing the fruit notes. Finish is dry and clean with a lingering, crisp hop resin aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp sensation. No alcohol warmth or astringency present.
