This bold American Pale Ale captures the airy freshness of a windswept summit with a vibrant, hop-forward profile. A heavy-handed addition of Ekuanot and Citra hops drives the sensory experience, delivering an expansive bouquet of zesty grapefruit, lime peel, and crushed sage over a delicate undercurrent of tropical melon and papaya. The malt presence remains supportive and lean, providing a clean, bready foundation that allows the distinctive hops to shine without distraction. Bracing yet balanced, the beer finishes with a crisp, dry snap and a lingering citrus pith bitterness, echoing the invigorating character of its high-altitude inspiration.

Appearance. Pale golden (6 SRM) with a moderately large white head that shows good retention and light lacing; generally clear with a faint, luminous brilliance.

Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring prominent citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, alongside tropical papaya and a subtle herbal/pine edge. A low, neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean background with very low fruity esters.
