This American-influenced German Pils offers a modern take on the style, balancing a traditional Helles-style malt base with aggressive New World hopping. Built on extra pale malt and a touch of wheat, it presents a delicate, doughy foundation that allows the dry-hopped intensity of Citra and Simcoe to shine. Expect a vibrant bouquet of grapefruit peel, passion fruit, and resinous pine over a clean, crisp fermentation profile. The palate is defined by a firm bitterness that cuts through the light grain sweetness, finishing remarkably dry and refreshing after an extended cold conditioning that ensures a sharp, snappy mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (SRM 2–4), brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring forward Citra and Simcoe notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, and pine; low to medium grainy-sweet, doughy malt and wheat breadiness; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial bready malt flavor quickly overtaken by high hop bitterness; citrus and resinous hop flavors dominate the mid-palate; dry, crisp finish with lingering clean bitterness and a faint honeyed malt note.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body; medium-high carbonation; light alcohol warmth; crisp and refreshing with a slight mineral sharpness and no astringency.
