We Can Be Friends

This non-alcoholic American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on a heavy dry-hop of Strata T90, Mosaic Cryo, and Citra BBC. An oat-heavy base provides a smooth foundation for high-intensity aromas of passion fruit, mango, and zesty grapefruit. On the palate, the Strata provides complex notes of strawberry and dank resin, while Mosaic and Citra contribute layers of tropical stone fruit and bright lemon peel. Despite its low alcohol content, the beer maintains a crisp, refreshing balance with a clean, hop-forward finish and a soft, pillowy texture that echoes the character of premium modern session pales.

Appearance. Pale gold (5 SRM) with a persistent, frothy white head and notable lacing. Significant haze to opaque clarity resulting from the heavy oat grist and intensive dry-hopping.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical fruit and berry esters from Strata and Mosaic, specifically passion fruit and blueberry. Bright citrus notes of lime and grapefruit from Citra are prominent. Very low, grainy malt sweetness with a soft, bready oat character.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit, including mango and strawberry. Moderate bitterness provides structure without being harsh. The hop flavor is complex and layered, showcasing resinous and citrusy depth. The malt profile is lean and clean with a subtle bready undertone. Finishes dry and ultra-refreshing with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body but with a characteristic silkiness and creaminess from the oats. Moderate-high carbonation enhances the refreshing quality. No alcohol warmth. Smooth texture with no hop-derived astringency.
