Neutron Star is a vibrant Hazy IPA that radiates a deep tropical intensity. The strategic combination of Sabro, Citra, and Galaxy hops creates a layered sensory profile where coconut and cedar-like resin meet bright splashes of mango, passionfruit, and lime. Despite its approachable 5% ABV, the beer delivers a significant juicy impact supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. It captures a cosmic balance between the dank, resinous qualities of modern New World hops and the lush, ester-driven fruitiness typical of the style. Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3-6 SRM); opaque with a substantial, uniform haze that creates a soft shine. Supports a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.
