Appearance. Straw to brilliant gold (3 SRM) with exceptional clarity; crowned by a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves consistent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring prominent herbal thyme and floral apple blossom from the Spalter Select hops; supported by low grainy-sweet and toasted cracker malt notes; clean fermentation profile with no esters.
