Anchored by the tropical synergy of Galaxy and Bru-1 hops, it delivers a punchy aromatic profile of ripe mango and crushed pineapple. Nuanced hints of creamy coconut and bright lime zest provide a sophisticated edge to the fruit-forward bouquet. Appearance. Pours a clear, deep gold with a thick, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple from the Bru-1 hops and mango from the Galaxy hops. Subtle secondary notes of sweet coconut and fresh lime zest are present, supported by a very low, clean, bready malt character and a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. The flavor is hop-forward with a cocktail of tropical fruits including pineapple, mango, and passion fruit. A distinct lime citrus quality and a whisper of coconut add complexity mid-palate. Bitterness is firm and clean, balancing a low, grainy malt sweetness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering fruity and resinous hop aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, creating a crisp and refreshing sensation. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
