While the traditional wheat base provides a subtle bready foundation, the sensory experience is dominated by an electric, fruit-forward acidity that evokes nostalgic green juice drinks. Despite its 5.5% ABV—slightly higher than traditional German examples—it maintains a refreshing, crisp profile with high carbonation that scrubs the tongue, finishing bone-dry with a lingering, puckering tartness and a vibrant, citrus-driven profile.
