Sector 7 is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the juicy profile expected from a modern craft powerhouse. The aroma is an intense bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits, driven by a heavy-hitting quartet of Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and Galaxy hops. Expect bold notes of passionfruit, ripe peach, and mango layered over a canvas of zesty grapefruit and resinous pine. The appearance is characteristically hazy with a luminous golden glow. On the palate, a soft, bready malt foundation provides a plush mouthfeel that carries the saturated hop flavors through a smooth, low-bitterness finish. It is a modern, fruit-forward expression with exceptional drinkability.
