This German Pils captures the essence of classic continental brewing with a sharp, contemporary clarity. A brilliant straw pour releases a sophisticated bouquet of noble hops, where Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnanger provide a traditional backdrop of dried flowers and white pepper. The addition of Saphir hops introduces a bright, subtle citrus note reminiscent of tangerine zest. On the palate, a lean foundation of grainy-sweet malt and toasted cracker is rapidly overtaken by a firm, clean bitterness. Effervescent and highly attenuated, it finishes bone-dry with a lingering herbal snap, perfectly epitomizing the refreshing, crisp nature of the style.

Appearance. Brilliant straw to pale gold (SRM 3) with a thick, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high floral and spicy hop intensity featuring notes of blossoms, herbal tea, and a delicate citrus lift. Supported by low, clean, grainy-sweet malt and a hint of honeyed cracker.

Taste. Initial grainy-sweet malt flavor is quickly overcome by a high hop bitterness. Flavors of spicy herbs and floral hops dominate through the mid-palate. Fermentation is exceptionally clean, leading into a crisp, dry, and slightly minerally finish with a lingering noble hop bite.
